How do I log in?expand collapse

Click on the 'Log in' button at the top right corner of the page. Enter your username and password and click login.

How do I reset my password?expand collapse

Go to the login page and click on the 'Forgot your password?' link. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Where can I find my courses?expand collapse

Once logged in, go to 'Dashboard' section. You will see all the courses you have been enrolled on here. Select the name of a course to start learning.

How do I track my progress in a course? expand collapse

A completion percentage will be displayed when viewing the course tile in the Dashboard. This will also be shown on the Course image when viewing the course. Use the 'Completion Progress' bar to check which required activities are outstanding within each course.

How can I communicate with my instructor? expand collapse

If your course includes access to an instructor, you’ll see a "Message My" block within the course. You can use this feature to communicate directly with your instructor. If this option isn’t available, check the course details for alternative contact methods.

How can I get support if I'm having trouble using the learning platform?expand collapse

Contact the platform support team via the email address at the bottom of the page.

Can I access the learning platform on my mobile device?expand collapse

Yes, the learning platform is mobile-compatible, and no app is required—simply access it by searching the URL in your mobile browser. However, for the best experience, we recommend using a laptop.

Can I download course materials for offline use?expand collapse

Videos won’t be available for download, but other course materials—such as PDFs, slides, help guides, and similar resources—can be downloaded for offline use.

How do I enrol in a new course?expand collapse

Click on 'Courses' on the menu to browse available courses. If the course allows self-enrolment, click the 'Enrol me' button. Note: Not all courses have self-enrolment. Stay updated on available programs by checking the Workforce Hub for new course offerings.

Can I access my course materials after completing the course?expand collapse

Access to completed courses may be removed, so we recommend downloading any important materials before finishing the course.

How do I get a certificate of completion?expand collapse

You’ll receive a certificate of completion via email once you’ve finished all required activities for a course. Additionally, you can always access your certificate in your user profile under the "Miscellaneous" area, so you can download or print it whenever you need.

Can I change my course settings or preferences? expand collapse

You can customise certain course settings using the UserWay plugin, which allows for accessibility adjustments such as text size, contrast, and navigation enhancements. If you require any further reasonable adjustments, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss this further with you.
